On Saturday the 6th of September, fourteen couples take the floor to compete in the second Eurovision Dance Contest. Each couple is made up out of a professional dancer and a national celebrity and in two minutes, each couple has to show all they've got.

After each performance, the jury will give their verdict. A professional jury and YOU, along with viewers from across Europe, will decide who wins the 2008 Eurovision Dance Contest. Read more about the show!

Graham Norton and Claudia Winkleman will once again host the Eurovision Dance Contest, just like they did in 2007. Read more about the hosts!

New at this year's Eurovision Dance Contest is the professional jury. With their years of experience, they will add professional judgement to the show. After all couples have performed, and before the televoting starts, the totals given by the jury will be 'translated' into Eurovision-style points, whereas the highest ranked couple will receive the jury's 12 points, then 10 points, then 8 points and then all the way down to 1 point. Finally, the jury points will be multiplied by four, giving the jury vote the weight of 4 countries' votes in the total result. As soon as the jury votes have been given, it is up to you to pick up your phone and/or send an SMS for your favorite couple(s) and give your say on who you believe should win the 2nd Eurovision Dance Contest. Read more about the jury and the voting!

14 countries are represented, Azerbaijan takes part for the first time.

The running order will be determined by the production team based on dance style and variety, and will be announced in due time.
